Imam Khumeini Mosque (formerly Sultani) is located in center of Semnan Ciry and is one of the most important and beautiful buildings of Semnan. It is used for Jom’e Sala’at Also. There are four big entrance gates in north, south, east and west sides of the courtyard. The northern was gate opens into a long corridor. The northern, southern and eastern gates have vestibule and corridor. Top of the northern and eastern gates are designed with plaster made stalactite works within two earrings (in two floors).
