According to its inscription the main building was built in 70 Hijri but now, most of the old parts are destructed and a new mosque is built instead of it. The elevated minaret within more than 10m height is the most important part of the original building. Arrangements of the bricks are very simple and there is no specific design or inscription in the mosque. the original minaret old is same to the mosque but it was repaired in 417-466 Hijri by Abou harb Bakhstiar who was the ruler of Ghoumes in Qaznavid Dynasty.
