This mosque is located in Fahadan District and nearby the Ziaeieh Seminary. It was built by Khajeh Shams-Al-Din Mohammad Taziko in 7th Hijri Century. It has mehrab, dome room, warm room, gate and rooms. The entrance gate has brick work designs. The walls of the courtyard is covered with lime stones. There is a shrine in the name of Mazaar Aqa in south of the courtyard. The tile made mehrabs of the mosque are placed in east, west and south sides of the mosque.
