It is located in Mahad Mahin district and contains four stone columns and nine domes. The main dome is bigger and higher than the others. The surface of the mosque is square-shaped. The previous name of this mosque was Masjed-Al-Dar.

From the middle arch in west side of the mosque, there is a link-gate which connects the prayer hall of the mosque to Imamzadeh Dal&Zal holly shrine. The top of the columns are designed with Mogharnas-work. The inner walls and arch of the building are covered with plaster.
