Then he went to Qom to use the worthy lectures of Ayatollah Haj Sayyed Mohammad Taqi Khansaari, Ayatollah Kooh Kamarei and Ayatollah Aqa Hussein Boroujerdi.

He suffered of life difficulties and financial problems during his studentship years. Someday he went to the Fatemeh Masoumeh’s holy shrine and cried because of hunger and got slept slowly. After some hours he got awaked and found a pocket of money beside of him. So he could prepare some foods for himself and his classmates in the seminary. He immigrated to Tehran in 1958 and built some mosques such as Imam Jafar Sadeq Mosque, Hazrat-e-Aboulfazl Mosque and Fatemieh Mosque in this city to propagate the holy Islam.

His son quotes:

‘’ whenever I came from Qom to Tehran to meet my family, I went to pilgrimage the holy shrine of Imamzadeh Ibrahim. One time, I saw a man who had built a semi covered place beside of the mentioned holy shrine and sells wine to camion drivers awfully. They called where are you going sheikh? I answered I’m going to the holy shrine. Then they invited me to drink some shots of wine with them and I told them this is forbidden. Again they asked me to join them to drink some tea and I accepted. I got closed to them after some talking and they asked how many days and which days are you coming to the holy shrine?

Next time when I went to the holy shrine, I visisted them again while waiting for me. They said to me that we are not drunk to be pure. Because we want to go visit the holy shrine with you. This relation got more strong and closer and I described the holy rules of Islam to them. After some meetings and advices, they asked me to continue these meetings and advices. Because they decided to leave drinking for come back to God. We established the Muslim Bin Aqil religious group to hold prayer ceremonies at Thursdays. This group could build a mosque later’’

Decent Ahmad Jalayer donated a piece of land to build a mosque. Martyr Mokhber devided the land to two sections, one piece for constructing mosque and another piece for establishment of Islamic educational centre, a centre of consideration on constipated children and a charity fund in three floors. He collected the required money for construction of this mosque from people and started to hold Jama’ah Salaat in the mosque while its building construction was unfinished yet. He held the Jama’ah Salaat even in winter season and on the snows!

After completion of the mosque building, he managed some cultural activities in the mosque in the years of 1963-1968.

He was much closed to people of Tehran and they trust him. Martyr Mokhber tried to improve the spiritual and material life of people.
