He was born in 1934 in Sabzevar County and started elementary school in when he was seven years old and continued to his academic studies till eighteen years old. Then he went to Sabzevar seminary to start the Islamic Science. He could complete some of required subjects as the base of this science such as Ma’alem-a-Al-Osoul and Sharh-Al-Lom’e. Then he decides to migrate to Mashhad County and applied to study in Rezvan and mirza jafar Seminaries of this County till 1955 that he went to Qom and settled in Dar-Al-Shafa Seminary and continued his higher education till 1961 that he could pass the highest level in Islamic Science successfully by attending the lectures of ayatollah Boroujerdi. Then he attended the lectures of Imam Khomeini, Ayatollah Damad, Ayatollah Golpayegani and finally Ayatollah Haeri till 1978. He entered to the parliament after revolution as senator.
