He was born in Maraqeh County (1311). His grandfather’ dignity had been prominent among the people of the mentioned city. He started his studies when he was five years old and applied for seminary before getting diploma and learned Logic, Sarf, Nahv, Moghadamat, Osoul and Ma’ani subjects. Then he went to Oroumia and Maraqeh Counties in 1326 to continue his studies by attending the lectures of descent Ayatollah Haj Sheikh Hussein Hebeh Allah. Then he went to Qom and Najaf to complete his education by attending some of the greatest teachers such as Ayatollah Shahroudi, Ayatollah Malakouti, Ayatollah Khoei for more than seventeen years.
