Culture making
The dignity of the excellent Islamic mosque (EIM) in 1404 (hijri shamsi) view of mosques could be described as: presidency in people life and efficient in all of the cultural, social, economic, etc affairs and of the essential steps to achieve this goal is change of mental vision of society with increase of needs and expectations of people majority for existence of TIS. In the other hand, the requirements and functions of EIM have to be changed according to requests and expectations in society.
First pivot: Use of media capabilities with emphasis on the national media
Administrative policies:
¤ Empowerment of information and news systems
¤ Participation in financial resources and contents of programs in relation with mosque fulfillment
¤ Supporting effective and suitable programs in the national media and cinema with emphasis on financial support for fine screenplays
¤ Interaction and encouragement of companies and cultural-art institutions in order to introduce the dignity and use of the mosque
¤ Attracting sponsors in order to produce the value content
¤ Optimal use of global day and the cleaning ceremony capability
Fundamental proceedings:
¤ Measurement, evaluation and analyzing the status quo
¤ Producing the teasers and TV shows, in relation with the mosque
¤ Supporting the effective and suitable in the national media, cinema and written media
¤ Support for establishment of specialized news service of mosques
¤ Practical proceedings in global day of the mosques
Second pivot: Use of cultural-educational institutions capabilities emphasizing on the ministry of education
Administrative policies:
¤ Emphasis on the pivotal role of teachers in schools, specially elementary schools
¤ Suitable and effective use of the textbooks capacity
¤ Offering suitable and attractive image of mosque in various educational and cultural textbooks
¤ Use of capacity of the centers which are in relation with children and teens
Fundamental proceedings:
¤ Interaction and coordination in macro managerial level of related organizations
¤ Educational and discursive activities for managers, teachers of the education department of Tehran province
¤ Cultural activities for introducing mosque such as trips and festival for students of elementary schools
¤ Spread of introducing the mosques culture in textbooks
Third pivot: Effect on the votes of officials, scientific – cultural and political elites in order to motivate them to participate
Administrative policies:
¤ Use of capacities of the grand Ayatollahs (maraje – taghlid)
¤ Attraction of elites to mosque issue by festival, conference with mosque topic
¤ Active participation of the elite in mosques affairs
¤ Emphasis on development of familiarity level of cultural officials and academics with excellent Islamic mosque (TIM)
Fundamental proceedings:
¤ Establishment of permanent committee for the mosque applied thought following the improvement of mosques festival
¤ Establishment of elites and scholars club for districts with the centrality of the local mosque
¤ Seminars and conferences on familiarity with EIM concept in cultural officials, managers, institutions, elites and teachers of the seminaries and universities of Iran level
