Preparation of the center

 

The center of supervision on mosques affairs mission is described as below:

An acceptable, aware and dominant institute and reference in mosques affairs which helps to increasing growth, performance of these bases of revolution and Islam, maintenance of sanctity, health and security and synchronized empowerment of spiritual, revolutionary, educational and promo aspects. It determines Imams of jama’ah and the other officials of mosques holding the role of supervision and supporter for them. The center also helps and supports for implementation of Islamic programs in mosques and it is the coordinator of synchronization of staff between all institutions which are related to mosques affairs.

Organizational improvement and development is a revolutionary process which enthusiasm and ability of simplification and encouragement of the elements of its organizations and systems in order to integrated scanning to achieve its ideals are increasing.

In fact, the rate of development of any organization depends on the rate and method of use of available resources and creation of the beyond resources. Organizational development process not only requires the ability of doing the tasks rightly but in addition, it requires the ability of doing the right thing.

Eventually, what can be deducted of this definition is: improvement and organizational development of the center of supervision on mosques affairs requires the improvement in performance and effectiveness and also improvement of human resources.

 

 

First pivot: Performance and effectiveness improvement of the center:

 

Administrative policies:

¤ Speed up of the center emphasizing on proportionate of structure and maximum use of IT

¤ Proportionate of the organizational Processes with acceleration, accuracy, Islamic culture and morality approach

¤ Moving toward changing the center to headquarter system by outsourcing of non-governmental activities and empowerment of supervisory systems

¤ Explanation and empowerment of official and legal dignity of the center

 

Fundamental proceedings:

¤ Design of management system for the center

¤ Preparation and gradual establishment of the center managerial

 

Second pivot: Improvement of the human resources sufficiency

Administrative policies:

¤ Emphasis on modification and improvement of personal and organizational culture according to knowledge and Islamic morality pivot

¤ Adoption of suitable policies in order to use of volunteer people, specialists with religious motivations

¤ Improvement of scientific and expertise of the center by implementation of training courses

¤ Modification and improvement of fulfillment and compensation of human resources services by employment of specialists and elites approach

 

Fundamental proceedings:

¤ Design of human resources management

¤ Regulating and implementation of in-service training for the managers and staff of the center
