‘’Presence of youth and Basiji spirit have to keep the environment of the mosques, alive, fresh, progressive and full of happiness ‘’ the supreme leader of Iran said ( Birjand city,the national conference of Sala’at , 1389 H.SH , 2010)

Hence, freshness, dynamism and hopefulness are the main characters of EIM and active presence of youth in mosque environment is in fact effect and cause of dynamism and happiness in mosques environment. Role of youth is pivotal to achieve these factors.

Presence of youth in mosque Is effect of the various factors such as suitable ability of Imams of Jama;ah in attraction and organizing of them which in the other strategic subjects of this program, specially in empowerment of Imams of Jama’ah topic, will be considered.

What is specially considered in the strategic subject of rejuvenation in fact, it is activities and adoption of policies to increase the presence of kids, teens and youth which are cause of dynamism and freshness of mosques spiritual environment.

Also paying attention to relevant institutes with kids, teens and youth affairs in order to use of their capacities are as important pivots in rejuvenation subject.

 

 

First pivot: preparation of required attraction to increase presence of youth

 

Administrative policies:

¤ Creation of the fields to fulfill the scientific, spiritual and intellectual of youth

¤ Preparation of physical environment and facilities of the mosques in order to attraction of youth

¤ Preparation of required social and sportive facilities for youth

 

Fundamental proceedings:

¤ Measurement, evaluation and analyzing of the status quo

¤ Preparation of the required academic lectures for students in the mosques

¤ Design and establishment of the ideas bank in order to attract youth

¤ Coordination with relevant institutes in order to empower the lecturers and the other executers of the mosques ceremonies

 

 

 

Second pivot: preparation of the required facilities to increase presence of kids and teens in mosques

 

Administrative policies:

¤ Preparation of the required facilities for kids and teens with the maximum happiness approach

¤ Preparation of the required social and sportive facilities for kids and teens by the various organization, specially the Tehran city hall

 

Fundamental proceedings:

¤ Measurement of happiness factor in the mosques environment

¤ Establishment of kindergarten and the house of toys for kids in the mosques

 

 

 

Third pivot: consolidation of kids, teens and youth presence in mosques

 

Administrative policies:

¤ Organizing of youth by supporting the religious communities and relevant institutes with youth, specially the Basij stations

¤ Attraction of excellent students of schools by supporting the ‘‘from school to university’’ plan

¤ Organizing the religious-Basiji university students in order to become lecturer assistant for the students

¤ Diversification and intellectualization of the mosques programs and activities in order to expanding the communication between youth, teens and mosques

 

Fundamental proceedings:

¤ Establishment of the elites foundation of mosques

¤ Creation and implementation of the ‘’ from school to university’’ and ‘’ from school to seminary’’ plan

¤ Establishment and organizing the religious community of the mosque

(By using capabilities of the cultural section and Basij station of the mosques)

 

 

Fourth pivot: Attraction of maximum participation of the youth in social activities of the mosques

 

Administrative policies:

¤ Consultation with youth in the mosques administrative affairs

¤ Entrusting the administrative activities and ceremonies of the mosques to youth

 

Fundamental proceedings:

¤ Measurement and evaluation of status quo

¤ Creation and organizing the annual conference for the young consultant, managers, and executers of the mosques

 

 Fifth pivot: Optimum use of relevant institutes with kids, teens and youth affairs capabilities

 

Administrative policies:

¤ Recognition and use of institutes and organizations capabilities

¤ Suitable interaction with institutes and organizations, specially the intellectual development of children and teens

¤ Use of suitable mechanism in order to have maximum interaction of the mosques with the cultural and educational institutes of districts, specially the schools

 

Fundamental proceedings:

¤ Signing cooperation agreement with the relevant organizations

¤ Interaction with schools and cultural institutes in districts

 

 

Sixth pivot: Modification and improvement of the communication pattern of youth

 

 Administrative policies:

 ¤ Emphasizing on improvement of relations between the mosques executives and activists with youth

¤ Removing the barriers on happiness and freshness of the youth respecting the religious rules

¤ Consultation with the cultural-religious experts and elites, specially the thinkers of behavioral science

 

Fundamental proceedings:

¤ Publishing the relevant cultural products with youth

¤ Descriptive and didactic lectures for Imams of Jama’ah

¤ Training of trustees and servants of the mosques in order to improve their relations with youth

¤ patterning for celebrations and ceremonies in mosques
