This mosque was built in 847 Hijri by Malek Shamsul Din Ali’s order. Two carved inscriptions are donated to the mosque are belonging the first years of 9th Hijri century. According to the researches andcollected evidences, the content of one of these inscriptions introduces the builder of the mosque as Sahh Ali and the second inscription is a monument for death of Amir Ghiasul din Muhammad Kiani who was one of the masters of Sistan.
