He was born in (from Najaf Abad County) and whose father name was Agha Sayyed Mustafa who was one the most famous clergies. He passed the elementary school in Najaf Abad and then migrated to Isfahan to continue his education in the Seminary of Isfahan in . He could pass the Siouti and the required elementary subjects within just two years by attending the lectures of Ayatollahs Iran Nezhad, Salehi, Farghadani and Mohammad Motevaseli. Also he passed Lom’e Rasael and Makaseb subjects by attending the lectures of Ayatollahs Meshkini, Sultani Tabatabaei, Najafi, Salehi Najaf Abadi.
After completion of these basic subjects, he attended the lectures of descent Ayatollah Boroujerdi in higher education level, Ayatollah Haeri Yazdi, Abbas Ali Shahroudi and descent Ayatollah Khomeini. He is allowed in Hasbieh Affairs by Ayatollahs Khoei, Shahroudi, Khamenei, Imam Khomeini, Makarem Shirazi, and Fazel Lankarani. He is also the martyr Sayyed Hassan Ghayouri’s father and the Imam of Jom’e of Rey region of Tehran.
