Qaraati asserted among some of the clergies and seminary students of Qom that our reformation and improvement secret depends on our relations amount with God by holding Salaat in mosques and attending their pivotal role in our life. He said those people who are closer to God, are more calm and pacific.
Hujjatul Islam Qaraati emphasised on anti-squandering, settlement, happiness and peace keeping, changing the various potential threats to chance, absorption of popular participation and keeping the mosques as pivot in our affairs, are some principles of cultural works.
He said, if we want to see our mosques crowded, we have to invite people to participate in mosques affairs. We expend so much to keeping our martyrs and their human values memories alive. When you see a martyr’s photo wherever, prayer for him because they are alive according to verse no.86 of Nesaa holy chapter of Quran which says the martyrs are alive.
The president of the Salaat headquarters of Iran asserted:
Some people ask me why you don’t change your blackboard to a modern device after thirty years of teaching. I want to demonstrate that we can work with less expenditure and achieve to our desired goals. We think wrongly that all of our instruments have to be new to work while it is better to decrease some of our expenditures and use of this much money for constructing a mosque in villages.
He talked about persistence factor, saying: we can donate a book to a young couple or bedridden patient instead of perishable flowers to leave permanent and sweet memories for them.
Ceremonies in mosques has not to be longer than twenty minutes
Hujjatul Islam Qaraati described the principle of freshness keeping and added:
The religious lectures or prayers and cultural meetings have to be finished before twenty minutes. Because taking more than this time will cause to sickness and fatigue in attendees. We have to mix such lectures and ceremonies with some kidding because of prevention of boredom. He continued that we have to enter laughing and freshness to our culture except the mourning times. Laughing among the lecture is like brake time in walking. If we dont attend to this factor, it will take more time to fresh back. Even some points such as euphonious Muezzin, aromatizing mosques and wearing beautiful clothes will cause to creation of a happy and fresh mosque. We have to use various suitable techniques in cultural and Quranic works. The principle of diversity had to be attended. For instance, reading an elegant chapter of Quran after Hamd chapter can absorb more worshipers to mosque.
He pointed to arrangement of the board of trustees of mosques who have to be mix of expert and young members according to Asraa Chapter of Quran (no.41 Ayah) which emphasised on creation of diversity. According to him, even God points to the old Ibrahim and minor Samoel in no.125 Ayah of Baqarah Chapter of Quran. Also we have to use women in board of trustees of mosques like Saint Mary who was the servant of the Al-Aqsa Mosque.
Hujjatul Islam Qaraati asserted: the other important point is using the potential of others. For example, what is the relationship between the Ministry of Culture and City Halls about the public culture affairs of citizens or between the religious places and the Ministry of Education?
Some of cultural elements and values have to be transferred by the given papers or textbooks by the Ministry of Education. Coordination in various affairs is very important.
The Salaat culture publishing has not to be stopped
He emphasised on the role of the National Media (TV, Radio and etc) and asserted that making some TV shows in order to answer the religious questions is compulsory. I recommend our artists to make a TV show in the name of ‘’Thousand Blessings’’ to teach and invite more people into worshipping and praying. The cultural and artistic program has to invite people to be more thankful to God. In this way, we have to ask our grand Imams and the grand prophet of Islam to help us.
The president of Salaat Headquarter of Iran by pointing to this fact that there are more than 350 relative phrases in Quran which have emphasised on importance of Salaat and Zakaat elements, asserted: Salaat is the shortest and best way to fulfil the God’s expectations from us just if we act according to the facts of Salaat purely. We have to go ahead into the development and publish of Salaat and Quran achievements in society. The Salaat culture publishing has not to be stopped.
