According to Mehrab News Agency, Hujjatol Islam Haaj Ali Akbari, the presidents of the Centre of Supervision on Mosques Affairs asserted among protesters of 22th Bahman: ‘’ since the first day that our nation raised tha flag of freedom and dignity, enemy tried to threaten them using military option but our brave youth didn’t allow even a piece of our land be captured by enemy’’
He added: ‘’ During 36 years back, presence of our nation has created a lasting event from 22th Bahman in history of this land under guidance of Imam Khomeini and his right deputy, Ayatollah Khamenei’’
He pointed to economic sanctions against Iran during these years in order to destroy this great nation and said: ’’ these sanctions were not successful and we could develop our industries, technology and scientific level. They tried to isolate Iran in political aspect using instruments such as HR. but it was enemy who faced defeat. Their attempts in support and creation of political coup in process of our presidential election in 2009 was not successful also. ‘’
President of the Centre of supervision on Mosques Affairs continued: ‘’ the roots of 22th event are in Alavi guardianship and divine-Quranic messages. This great day changed global equivalence and prepared the conditions for awakening of free nations. We have to praise God because freed us from devil in this day. Iranians are thankful to Imam Khomeini and his right deputy means the Supreme Leader of Iran. 22th Bahman is the day to perform our vow again with values and expectations of Imam Khomeini and Ayatollah Khamenei. Our nation attend this celebrations to say that our martyrs and Imam Khomeini’s way continues.’’
Hojjatol Islam haaj Ali Akbari called the event of 22th Bahman as the symbol of unity, authority and insight of Iranians. He said: ‘’ all people with any kind of religious and political view and from any caste have participated in this celebration and all the world are surprised because of their national participation’’
